API Between Bearing Type Multistage Centrifugal Pumps are horizontal single-casing multistage pumps, specifically designed for extreme operating conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. They are meticulously crafted by a professional team. The manufacturing process adheres to strict standards and precision procedures, with quality strictly controlled to ensure excellent product quality.
The API between-bearing type multistage centrifugal pump features a volute-shaped pump casing supported at the centerline. The impellers are symmetrically arranged to automatically balance the axial force, eliminating the need for complex balancing mechanisms such as balance discs or balance drums. The inlet and outlet are located at the bottom of the casing, allowing for disassembly and installation without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines. The inner core adopts an axially split structure, with the impellers symmetrically arranged back-to-back, eliminating the traditional balancing device. This makes it safer and more reliable when transporting media containing particles. It is an ideal choice for efficient and stable transportation in the industrial field.
Application Areas
Horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps are mainly used in oil extraction, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, coal chemical industry, pipeline transportation, seawater desalination, power plants, etc. They can also be used as ash water pumps and lean methanol transfer pumps in the coal chemical industry, high - pressure hydraulic energy recovery turbines in the chemical industry, and lean and rich liquid pumps in fertilizer and ammonia synthesis plants.
