Introduction to the OH Series of Centrifugal Pumps

In the field of industrial fluid transportation, centrifugal pumps play a crucial role. The OH series of cantilever centrifugal pumps are developed in accordance with the API 610 standard, consisting of six models, each catering to the diverse requirements of different industries.

Horizontal Single-stage Cantilever Pumps (OH1, OH2)

  • OH1: It adopts an end-inlet and top-outlet design. The pump body is of a single-stage radial split type and is installed on the base feet. The suction port is horizontally axial, and the discharge port is vertically upward, integrated with the pump body. The impeller is equipped with a balancing structure and bearings to balance the axial force. The shaft seal chamber is integrated with the pump cover, and a water cooling jacket can be optionally added. It is often used to transport clean or corrosive media.
  • OH1 Horizontal Centrifugal PumpOH2: Also a horizontal single-stage cantilever pump, it uses centerline support. Compared with OH1, it has better stability in dealing with thermal expansion and contraction and is capable of transporting a wider variety of complex media.

Vertical Pipeline Pumps (OH3, OH4, OH5)

  • OH3: Equipped with an independent bearing bracket, the inlet and outlet diameters are the same and are on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, featuring a compact shape and can be used outdoors. It is suitable for transporting clean or particulate-containing, flammable, explosive, and other media.
  • OH4: Driven by a rigid coupling, it ensures the operating precision of the pump. The types of media it can transport and its application scenarios are roughly the same as those of OH3.
  • OH5: With a coaxial design, it has a more compact structure, showing obvious advantages in chemical plants with limited space. Its transported media and application scenarios are similar to those of OH3.

OH6 Centrifugal Pump

OH6 is integrated with a high-speed gearbox, enabling it to achieve high rotational speeds. It is suitable for transporting acidic, alkaline, and particulate-containing liquid media, and it performs excellently in scenarios such as hydrocracking that require high flow rates and heads.
